Hi, my name is Aimee and I am the Youth Health Services Team Lead at Fresh Minds. I love working with people to help them do more of what's important to them, as well as helping my clients overcome tricky barriers to enhance their mood and wellbeing. I take pride in my warm, compassionate and empathetic approach which drives the work I do alongside clients. I love that at Fresh Minds I have the privilege of meeting people from all different walks of life and being a very small part of their story. I have a special interest in working with young children and teens, as well as supporting parents through the natural challenges that arise in this role. 

I live with my husband, dog (Tui), and cat (Cat) and enjoy spending my weekends sewing and making the most of the west coast beaches around me. I also love a good sunset – a perk I get to experience being a Westie.
