Kia ora,

I am a Registered Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and parents from different cultural backgrounds and all walks of life. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent teens and young adults to embrace their strengths and challenges.

I draw on a strength–based, solution–focused approach, while tailoring my approach to the person's needs. I value connections and psychological safety from a trauma–informed lens in my interactions with clients.

Outside of work, I spend most of my free time cheering my boy at a football field or chauffeuring my teenager around the city.
