Tēnā koe. Ko Amanda tōku ingoa. I am the coordinator and a supervisor at Fresh Minds' Intern Hub. As a psychologist, I support intern psychologists to contribute to whai ora wellbeing in primary care. I am grateful to have this role and to experience alongside Interns, the growth and care within Fresh Minds. 

I have a passion for mindfulness-based interventions and incorporating animals and nature into these processes.
