"What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly."
Carl R. Rogers

I have always believed that people are strong and resilient, and therapy can be a way to recognise and grow these characteristics.

For almost twenty years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to provide the empathic and respectful support that can help people become stronger and confident in themselves. I support clients with learning about themselves, as well as learning ways to more effectively manage emotions, thoughts and physical responses with evidence–based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).

I have extensive experience working with children, youth and adults who experience a variety of different mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, stress, etc.).
