For most people, we recommend beginning with our ADHD Support package.
The package provides time to understand how ADHD affects you, develop practical strategies and build confidence applying them in everyday life.
Includes:
Getting to know you session - Understanding your goals, challenges and strengths.
Four weekly support sessions - Develop practical skills and strategies.
Follow-up session - Review progress and plan your next steps.
$1,200
Includes a $120 saving compared with six individual sessions.
Many people continue with additional support following the package, depending on their goals and circumstances.
Individual Sessions
If you're looking for support with a specific challenge or would prefer greater flexibility, individual ADHD Support sessions may be a better fit.
$220 per 50-minute session
Sessions are tailored to your goals and can be booked as needed.
How is ADHD Support different to therapy?
ADHD Support is sometimes referred to as ADHD coaching. At Fresh Minds, support is delivered by experienced clinicians from a range of professional backgrounds.
While therapy often focuses on emotional wellbeing, mental health and past experiences, ADHD Support focuses on understanding how ADHD affects your day-to-day life and building practical strategies for moving forward.
